Directions for Use
In the Bath
Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Footbath
Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.
Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
Note: For external use only, Avoid contact with eyes, Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
“On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.”
