Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).

MgSO4 0.35 – 0.60% max
KCl 0.55 – 0.80% max
NaCl 0.65 – 0.90% max
CaCl2 0.03 – 0.10% max

Directions for Use

Footbath:
Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Bath:
Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.

Application in the case of skin disorders:
Regular baths in Zechstein Inside® magnesium flakes has a very favourable effect on many skin disorders, and psoriasis in particular.
