Ingredients
Yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae), beta-glucans 56%, acerola juice powder 22%, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose*, Lactobacillus paracasei MCC1849 inactivated 3.7%, zinc citrate 2%, quercetin1.9%

One capsule contains 225 mg beta-glucans, 20 mg vitamin C, 7.5 mg quercetin, 5 mg Lactobacillus paracasei, 2.5 mg zinc.
Directions for Use
Take 4 capsules daily with liquid.
