Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate,) Potassium Bicarbonate, Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Picolinate, Boric Acid, Vitamin K2-MK7 (Trans), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Natural flavouring, Steviol Glycosides.
Directions for Use
Individual needs may vary.
Start by taking 2.5gms (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually work up to 6gms (3 teaspoons) per day if needed.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
Dissolve in 30-60mls of hot water and stir until clear, top up with fresh water and enjoy!
