Ingredients

Glucose syrup, Black Elderberry juice (Sambucuc nigra L.), Citric acid (Acidity regulator), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

Directions for Use

Adults: 10mls (2 teaspoons) daily

Children 3-12 years: 5mls (1 teaspoon) daily

During winter months or times of illness the dosage can be increased to

Adults: 10mls (2 teaspoons) x 4 times daily

Children 3-12 years: 10mls (2 teaspoon) x twice daily

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Do not take on an empty stomach.
